Heart Rate
The wearer's live heart rate as text or a gauge, with its own bpm range and unit options.
About 3 minutes
Shows the wearer's live heart rate, read straight from the watch's sensor.

Settings
| Row | What it does |
|---|---|
| style | Text, or a Ring, Bar or Circle gauge. |
| min bpm | For gauges: the heart rate that reads as empty. 40 is a typical resting floor. |
| max bpm | For gauges: the heart rate that reads as full. 180 is a common exercise ceiling. |
| show bpm text | Off draws nothing, reserving the box for your own heart icon or graphic. |
| unit on own line | Puts "bpm" on its own line under the number, for narrow boxes. |
| font / font size | Typeface and size. Size 0 means automatic. |
| h. align / v. align | Where the reading sits in its box. |
| colour | The colour of the text or gauge. |
For the Ring, Bar and Circle styles, the gauge shape rows (shape, blips, gap, taper, track colour) work like they do on Progress Arc.
Test it with the heart rate row in the Simulate tab. On a real watch, heart rate updates on the watch's own schedule and may read blank until the sensor has a value.
Every object also has the shared rows (position and size, ambient look, show when, Color Style and more), explained once in Settings Every Object Shares.
