If something on WristForge copies your work, tell us here and we will take it down. If your work was taken down by mistake, you can ask for it back.

The short version
Email a takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at support@stonegolemstudio.com using the template below. We review every notice, and when it is complete we remove the material and let the person who posted it know. Our agent is registered with the US Copyright Office under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. What this covers
Anything published through WristForge: watch faces and games listed in our hubs, asset store packs, creator profiles, comments, and pages on this site. This page is only for copyright. For anything else, such as a trademark, an offensive listing, or a face that does not work, email support@stonegolemstudio.com and tell us what is wrong.
2. Sending a takedown notice
The law asks for six things. A notice missing any of them may not be valid, and we may have to ask you for the rest before we can act.
- your name, postal address, phone number, and email
- the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- where the material is on WristForge, with enough detail for us to find it, such as its link, its name, and its creator
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough)
Copy this, fill in the brackets, and send it to us:
To: Stone Golem Studios, designated copyright agent 1. My contact details: [full name, postal address, phone number, email] 2. The work I own: [describe it, with a link to the original if it is online] 3. The material on WristForge I believe infringes it: [the watch face, game, asset or page, with its link or exact name and creator] 4. I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner of the copyright or am authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Signed: [type your full name] Date: [date]
3. What happens next
- We confirm we have your notice, usually within two working days.
- If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the material and tell the person who posted it, including a copy of your notice with your contact details, so they can respond.
- If something is missing, we tell you what, and act once you send it.
- While a complaint is being looked into, we may hide a listing from our hubs.
4. If your work was taken down by mistake
If you posted the material and believe it was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. We forward it to the person who complained. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the material going back up, we may restore it 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.
To: Stone Golem Studios, designated copyright agent 1. My contact details: [full name, postal address, phone number, email] 2. The material that was removed: [its name and the link where it appeared before removal] 3. Under penalty of perjury, I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material. 4. I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or, if my address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Stone Golem Studios may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. Signed: [type your full name] Date: [date]
5. Please be accurate
Under US law, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for the damages that causes. If you are not sure whether something infringes your work, for example because it may be a fair use, consider asking a lawyer before you send a notice.
6. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright, and a creator who loses their account this way also loses their listings.
