Delete your account and data
How to delete your WristForge account, including the WristForge Face Hub app, and what happens to your data when you do.
Last updated 29 September 2026
1. Delete your account yourself
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. It covers your account for everything WristForge offers, including the WristForge Face Hub app on your phone and watch, because they all use the same account.
- Sign in to your account on this site.
- Open your account page.
- Find the section called Close your account, choose to close it, and type your account email to confirm.
There is no undo, so we ask you to confirm twice. If you have a coin balance it is forfeited, because coins have no cash value.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it, email support@stonegolemstudio.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my WristForge account. We will delete the account and confirm by reply, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
3. Delete some of your data, keep your account
You do not have to close your account to have data removed. Email support@stonegolemstudio.com from the address on your account, tell us what you want removed (for example your likes, your cloud saves, your friend links, or your display name), and we will delete it and keep everything else as it is. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted when you close your account
- Your profile, display name, and sign-in details.
- Your wallet and coin balance, and the faces you unlocked with it.
- Your likes, cloud saves, scores, and friend links.
- The sign-in tokens for every phone, watch, and computer you signed in on.
- Projects you uploaded.
- Any active engine subscription is cancelled at the same moment, and any watch faces you published are taken down.
What we keep, and why
- Anonymous download counts. Your account is removed from them, so they no longer point to you.
- Financial and legal records. Records of payouts, creator earnings, and completed sales are kept with your account reference removed, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The record that you accepted an agreement, including the email address you used, is kept as proof of the terms you agreed to.
- Anonymous game statistics kept for the developer of a game. They are not linked to an account.
- Website visit records are deleted automatically after 12 months.
If you subscribed through Google Play
Google, not us, bills subscriptions bought through Google Play, so closing your account does not stop that billing. Cancel the subscription in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions as well. Google keeps its own records of purchases made through Google Play under its own policies.
