Refund Policy
How refunds work for WristForge Pro. Short, because it should be.
Last updated 29 September 2026
The short version
Fourteen days, no questions asked, on your first subscription. Email us and we will refund it. After that, cancel any time to stop the next charge; we do not refund a renewal you have already been billed for.
Everything below is the detail. It does not contradict that paragraph.
1. What this covers
This policy covers WristForge Pro subscriptions, monthly and annual, including founder pricing. The editor itself is free and always will be, so there is nothing to refund there.
2. Your first subscription
Within 14 days of your first payment, ask and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
This is one refund per account. It is a discretionary offer on top of your legal rights, not a replacement for them, and section 4 covers what happens if you use it and subscribe again later.
3. Renewals
A renewal is not refunded once it has been charged. Cancel before your renewal date and you are not billed again; you keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out.
We do not pro-rate a partly used month or year. If you cancel on day two of a year you have paid for, you keep Pro for the remaining 363 days rather than getting a proportion back.
If a renewal genuinely took you by surprise, email us anyway. We would rather sort it out than have you feel cheated by a piece of software.
4. Your legal rights come first
Nothing here removes a right you have by law, and in several places that right is stronger than this policy. Buyers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Turkey and Israel have a 14 day withdrawal right; buyers in Canada, Brazil, South Korea and China have 7 days; buyers in Singapore have 5. Those apply whatever this page says.
WristForge Pro is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which is the merchant of record and applies the consumer protections where you live. You can also ask Link directly for a refund, and Stripe may issue one at its own discretion within 60 days of a payment. Where their decision and this policy differ, whichever is better for you wins.
5. What happens after a refund
Pro features stop when the refund is processed: building Google Play bundles, and cloud sync and AI credits once those ship. It happens automatically, usually within a few minutes.
Specifically, and so there are no surprises:
- Your projects stay yours. They live on your own disk in an open format. A refund never touches them.
- The editor keeps working, in full. Every component, every window, and signed APK builds for your own watch. None of that was ever part of Pro.
- Anything you already published stays published. An app on Google Play sits on your own developer account under your own name. A refund from us has no way to reach it, and we would not want one.
- A Google Play bundle you already built is yours to keep. We cannot reach into your computer and we would not want to. We ask that you do not publish it after being refunded for the subscription that produced it.
6. Subscribing again after a refund
You are welcome to. What you do not get a second time is the no-questions refund in section 2, because that offer exists to remove the risk of trying WristForge, not to make each month optional in retrospect. Your legal rights under section 4 are unaffected and always will be.
If a pattern of subscribing, building a store bundle and refunding becomes obvious, we may decline further subscriptions from that account. We would rather say that plainly here than act surprised about it later.
7. Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refunded amount and takes weeks to resolve, where an email usually takes a day. We have never refused a reasonable refund request and have no intention of starting.
An account with an unresolved chargeback has Pro suspended until it is settled.
8. How to ask
Email support@stonegolemstudio.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt Link sent you. Tell us roughly when you subscribed; you do not need an order number, though it speeds things up.
We answer within two working days. Stripe then returns the money by the original payment method, which usually takes a further three to five working days depending on your bank.
9. Questions
