Face Hub is the WristForge app for browsing, buying, and wearing watch faces. It comes in two connected pieces: an app that lives right on your Wear OS watch, and a companion app for your phone. Either one works entirely on its own.
The watch app installs straight from the Play Store onto your watch, no phone needed to set it up, no phone needed to use it. Browse the catalog, buy a face with coins, and wear it, all without ever touching a phone. Most watch face apps make you start on a phone; Face Hub doesn't.
The phone app is there for when a bigger screen and a keyboard make things easier. Real search, reading a description before you buy, browsing your library at a glance. Tap install on your phone and the face lands on your paired watch automatically, with nothing to do on the watch itself in most cases. See Installing a watch face for the details.
Whichever one you use, it's the same account, the same coin balance, and the same library of faces you own.
A few things Face Hub does differently on purpose:
- No ads, anywhere, ever: not a "watch this to unlock" screen, not a banner between faces.
- Pricing you can hold in your head: plenty of faces are free, and the rest you buy once with coins and keep.
- Every feature badge you see on a face (heart rate, weather, step count, and so on) is read straight from what that face actually does, not typed in by the designer.
